Howard Huang

As co-founder of St. Paul Group, Howard is responsible for the overall leadership, acquisitions, fundraising and day-day asset management.

Howard brings over 20 years experience in business and project management with Fortune 500 companies and Silicon Valley startups. Howard started his career in the food manufacturing industry managing over $38 million accounts in the West Coast. He later transitioned into business process improvement and project management in the software industry as a consultant.

Having worked with over two dozen companies, his experience in multi-million dollar project management, financial analysis, and process improvement Howard has been able to carry those skills onto the management and operations of value added real estate projects. His expertise in people management allow him to easily integrate and work effectively with all types of people in turnaround situations. This blend of expertise in business, people management and systems automation assist in St. Paul Group's highly efficient operations.

Howard Huang received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Cornell University. In his personal time, he is an active member of the San Leandro Rotary and is an avid golfer. 

Jae Cho

As co-founder of St. Paul Group, Jae is responsible for the day-day operations, asset analysis and back office operations for the company.

Jae brings with him unparalleled analytical skills allowing St. Paul Group, and its properties, to run more efficiently and deliver more profit to its investors. Jae also helps St. Paul Group stay at the forefront of real estate technology with the development and implementation of proprietary rent collection and management systems.

Over the past two years alone, Jae's involvement in St. Paul Group has led to an increase in operating revenues of 13% and an increase in portfolio value by 22%. The systems Jae has helped put in place have also resulted in a lower incidence (20%) of late rent payments.

Jae received a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley. He has over 10 years of professional experience with international project development, management, and systems engineering.
