SPG acquires Milwaukee Mobile Home Park

Members of St. Paul Group and private investors have successfully acquired an 132 lot mobile home park in Milwaukee, Wisconsin as of August 1st.

The bank has agreed to sell us the note on the property for an attractive price. The current owners had agreed with us to transfer the title to us once we have the note on the property. We will start the process of transferring the title. Our goal is to transfer the title and completely transition the property to our management by August 1st.
