St. Paul Group, LLC is in the market to purchase mobile home communities nationwide. If you have any interest in selling your park/community we would appreciate discussing it with you. Also, if you know of anyone interested in selling their park we will pay a referral fee to you if we purchase a community from a direct lead that you provide; the lead must not be with a listed broker or realtor.

The most basic criteria we are looking for is a park with 75 or more occupied sites, city water and city sewer. While these items are preferred, all situations will be considered.
